Wiggin and Dana have committed to providing $10 million in free legal services to minority-owned businesses over ten years through the Wiggin Opportunity Initiative (WOI). In addition, the firm will offer various services to WOI clients to address typical business issues in employment, real estate, intellectual property, privacy, commercial arrangements, corporate governance, financing, and disputes.

This application is for current Yale students from underrepresented backgrounds interested in legal services that would be valuable for the business.

To be eligible, your business must be 1) minority-owned and 2) unable to afford legal services. The goal of this initiative is to provide support to the entrepreneurial community.
