Communications and Marketing Associate

The Communications and Marketing Associate will play a significant role in enhancing Tsai CITY's communication and marketing initiatives. Their key responsibilities will include refining storytelling and communication strategies. They will be instrumental in developing and producing innovative communication resources for Tsai CITY, leading efforts in brand strategy and design creation. In collaboration with the Communications and Marketing Director, they will help produce a range of materials aimed at broadening CITY's reach.

Job Requirements

• Support the communications team in creating collateral pieces using Canva, including posters, infographics, social media graphics, and templates for future projects.
• Comfort working creatively within brand and style guidelines.
• Assist in updating the Startup Yale website when needed
• Assist in managing the weekly newsletter
• Ability to balance multiple projects/deadlines (including quick-turnaround deadlines)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in thinking creatively about building Tsai CITY’s visual identity and marketing strategies
