Mentoring

Three students work with art supplies

Mentoring is a key element of our work here at Tsai CITY. The best way to get started with mentoring at Tsai CITY is to sign up for office hours with our team, which are open to all students at Yale. Our doors are open: you don't need to have a specific idea or any particular background to come to office hours. You can use these conversations to learn more about Tsai CITY, get feedback or advice, or talk through other things on your mind. We're always happy to talk about your interests and help map out how you can use Tsai CITY resources to turn your ideas into reality. Learn more about our mentors below — you can use their calendars to sign up for a time to meet virtually.

Beyond these open office hours, we've built a robust network of over 400 alumni and friends of Yale who offer targeted mentoring to student teams. Want to become a mentor? Learn more about joining our mentor network here. This fall, we're also recruiting Yale students to lead peer mentoring sessions on specific topics. Learn more about peer mentoring here.
