Mentor Outreach Associate

Spring 2025 semester

Candidates must be passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship and eager to enhance mentor-mentee relationships within Tsai CITY’s mentor network. The role involves implementing an engagement plan to support and retain mentors who guide Yale student innovators. Responsibilities include drafting email communications, managing a new mentor newsletter, conducting mentor surveys, facilitating virtual and in-person interactions, and identifying mentor champions. The ideal candidate will have experience in communications, event planning, and community-building, with a strong ability to engage external contacts and execute logistical tasks. Availability of 5-8 hours per week is required, with a mix of remote and in-person responsibilities based on program needs.
