Network Curator

Candidates must be excited about innovation and entrepreneurship, have experience in providing coaching and support to individuals and diverse teams, and be enthusiastic about student outreach and community-building. Candidates must have experience in student programming, communications, and have strong familiarity with working with external contacts. Ideal candidates will have strengths in logistical planning using spreadsheets, identifying programming opportunities and improvements, and be biased towards execution. Candidates must be available 5-8 hours per week. This position will be both remote and in-person, depending of the program needs.
Job Requirements
- Work alongside the Director of Networks to recruit student peers and external supporters of Tsai CITY.
- Coordinate and execute core mentoring programs and workshops for student innovators at Yale University.
- Help manage peer mentoring, student fellowship, and thematic mentoring programs at Tsai CITY.
- Secure valuable mentor/mentee connections.
- Manage all logistical details in a timely manner.
- Handle AV/tech needs for events.
- Create event descriptions.
- Reserve venues or set up video conference links.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
