Jorge serves as Interim Managing Director of the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale (CITY), which is Yale University’s hub for student-facing innovation education. Before joining Tsai CITY, he was the Dean of Pierson College from 2020-2022, where he served as the principal academic and personal advisor to 500 Yale College students.
Prior to working in higher education, Jorge served as an original member of the investment team at Silas Capital, a consumer-focused venture capital firm based in New York. He earned a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry from Yale and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
