Kassie Tucker

Kassie Tucker is the Executive Director of the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale (Tsai CITY), where she leads efforts to inspire students from all disciplines to transform bold ideas into real-world impact. Since Tsai CITY’s launch in 2017, Kassie has built a nationally recognized innovation hub that engages thousands of students annually through hands-on programs, mentorship, and funding for ventures spanning startups, social impact initiatives, and creative projects. With over a decade of experience in higher education leadership at Yale, MIT, and Boston University, she brings expertise in strategic planning, execution, and building inclusive innovation ecosystems.  Kassie is passionate about fostering experimentation, action, and connection across campus to advance Yale’s mission and inspire the next generation of innovators. 

When she’s not at Tsai CITY, you’ll find Kassie championing collaborative efforts that drive impactful change across campus and beyond.  Kassie holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington and an MBA from Babson College.
