Photography Associate

The Photography Associate (PA) will play a key role in helping grow Tsai CITY’s storytelling and creative communications initiatives. Primary responsibilities include capturing high-quality photos across events, student portraits, architectural spaces, and strategic campaigns. A vital part of this role is flexibility—covering in-person events and coordinating remote or staged shoots with students. The PA will collaborate with the Assistant Director of Digital Communications and the communications team to support storytelling needs, build out asset libraries, and take on visual strategy projects.

Job Requirements

• Technical expertise in photography, including pre- and post-production (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or equivalent, Lightroom)
• Experience with video and other media preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Availability for occasional evenings/weekends

• Interest in creative storytelling and communications
