Summer Venture Associate

Summer 2025

Tsai CITY will be hiring 5 Venture Associates to work on projects from ventures participating in the 2025 Summer Fellowship. Projects may include, but are not limited to, digital marketing campaigns, product development, or brand guidelines creation. Each Venture Associate will have a designated role on the team so that they may focus on an area they want to gain knowledge and experience in. Venture Associates are a great way for students to explore what it’s like to join an early stage venture, work as a freelancer, and what types of ventures they enjoy working with. Ideal candidates have an interest in a particular speciality (Project Management, Marketing, Design, or Product Development) and in early stage ventures. Preferred skills and experiences include social media management, software development, graphic design, and project management.

Job Requirements

• Be available to fully participate in the Summer Fellowship (June 2nd to August 1st)
• In-Person Phase: June 2nd - June 27th at Tsai CITY
• Virtual Phase: June 28th - August 1st
• Note: Each person is expected to work on their projects 40 hours per week during the virtual phase
• Attend regular meetings with the other Venture Associates and the Tsai CITY team
• Communicate with team members in-person and through digital platforms such as Slack and Airtable
• Create project plans and execute those plans in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members at Tsai CITY
