This summer, ten teams are spending eight intensive weeks with Tsai CITY, working on their ventures and projects as part of the 2019 Summer Fellowship. We’ll be following along as the teams sprint through the program, sharing their goals and experiences. This week, we’re taking a look at three teams that are using software to empower users to streamline processes and make effective decisions.

Here at Tsai CITY, we had a busy 2018–2019 school year. We engaged over 10% of Yale’s student body and students from all 14 of Yale’s schools, from architecture to medicine. We ran a diverse portfolio of extracurricular programs, awarded almost $250,000 of funding, and advised hundreds of students and teams working on creative ideas.

The premise of the convening was that current paradigms in social innovation and entrepreneurship education overlooked many core competencies and perspectives needed for systems change.”
