WE@Yale Women Innovators Speaker Series with Lindsay Siegel of Company Ventures

Lindsay Siegel

Yale Women Innovators is a speaker series designed to foster community discussion, idea sharing, and networking in support of women and non-binary femme innovators across Yale's campus. Kick off your day with breakfast, a welcoming community, and inspiring innovators and entrepreneurs.

We strive to foster innovation within the community of Women at Yale and support entrepreneurial-minded Yale students, and we are proud to welcome our speaker: Lindsay Siegel. Lindsay is the Head of Impact for Company Ventures, an NYC-based, seed-stage venture firm. Join us for a conversation based around venture capital, Company Venture's successful programming, and advice from Lindsay Siegel.

Company ventures invest across industries, with a focus on digital health, fintech, and enterprise software. Company Ventures is the home of a residency program, where they gather 30 pre-series A companies and founders in NYC, providing free rent and entrepreneurial expertise for a year with no equity commitment or strings attached. As a result, 158 of Company Venture's Alumni companies have gone on to raise $3B+ in top-tier venture funding.

As Head of Impact for Company Ventures, Lindsay is working to shift the culture of tech for a more equitable and sustainable future. She oversees Company's North Star program, supporting founders to codify their values and purpose, and runs two fellowship programs with the City of New York supporting social entrepreneurs and underrepresented founders. She's spent her career at the intersection of social good, business, and technology, notably as an executive coach to startup founders and leading the Zahn Innovation Center at The City College of New York (CUNY). Throughout her career, she worked across sectors in the US - corporate, nonprofit, university, and government - and managed an ecolodge in Ecuador. She holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BS from Northwestern University and sits on the advisory board of CUNY Tech Prep.
