Program Coordinator, Strategic Development & Execution

The Program Coordinator, Strategic Development & Execution, will serve as a subject matter expert for the StudioX: Creativity and Innovation Program. This role will ensure that the program's strategy and execution are effectively addressing the unique challenges creatives face when navigating a career in creative or arts innovation.
Primary responsibilities include actively refining the program's strategy and execution in partnership with the Innovation Fellow and engaging in both the preparation and moderation of speaker events.
Secondary responsibilities include collecting any insights and feedback from each event and sharing them with the Innovation Fellow.
Qualifications:
- You have the expertise or a wealth of knowledge in at least one industry in the arts – non-profit or for-profit
- You understand the challenges creatives face or are currently facing when it comes to navigating a career in creative or arts innovation
- You are comfortable with public speaking
- You are organized and have great communication skills. You are comfortable asking for additional support when needed
Preferences:
- A student with work experience in at least one industry in the arts – project-based, internships, and/or shadowing experience
- A student who has experience with moderating or facilitating an event
- A student who is studying an arts-related discipline
- A student who identifies themselves as a creative, artist, or both
