Constance Greaves

Constance Greaves is a Senior Administrative Assistant at Tsai CITY, where she supports the center’s day-to-day operations and helps create a welcoming, well-organized experience for students, staff, and partners. She oversees financial processing for student and staff initiatives, manages key administrative functions, and supports programs and events across the center.

Known for her attention to detail, resourcefulness, and commitment to service, Constance is a trusted resource across the Tsai CITY community. She enjoys building meaningful connections and helping ensure that the people, programs, and processes that power the center run smoothly.

Before joining Tsai CITY, Constance spent more than 25 years in the healthcare industry, developing expertise in operations, customer service, training, healthcare data management, accounts receivable, and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Leadership from Albertus Magnus College and has called New Haven home for more than 40 years.
