Social Media and Digital Content Creator

The Social Media and Digital Content Creator (SMDCC) is a pivotal role in expanding Tsai CITY's outreach and communication initiatives. This position requires frequent posting about Tsai CITY based on the brand guide and communication strategies laid out by the Tsai CITY communications team. The SMDCC will be instrumental in creating and curating content for Tsai CITY's social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and assisting with public relations efforts such as newsletters, event promotions, and community relations. The SMDCC will collaborate with the Assistant Director of Digital Communications and other team members to enhance Tsai CITY's storytelling and communication efforts, with the opportunity to propose and undertake strategic projects in areas including user research, data analytics, and creative campaign management.
