Joiner's Interest Form closes

**Overview:** This role within the Tsai CITY Launch Pad program is designed for students who want to join startups (not as founders) and gain experience in various business areas. Joiners can work in a wide variety of roles at a startup, oftentimes wearing multiple hats. By working in an early-stage startup team, joiners can gain valuable experience working in product development, sales, marketing, operations, and project management. 

**Joiner Founder Matchmaking:**
Are you interested in gaining experience working with an early-stage startup? Tsai CITY will help facilitate matching student joiners with student-led startups in Tsai CITY’s [Launch Pad](https://city.yale.edu/programs/vdp_launch_pad). As a joiner working on projects with Launch Pad teams, you have access to the following resources:
- Invitations to sessions on key venture development topics and skill-building workshops
- Access to a gallery of available projects from Launch Pad founders
- Invite-only matchmaking sessions between Launch Pad founders and joiners at the beginning of each semester
- Mentorship from Tsai CITY Venture Associates on project-related questions
- Opportunity to apply for a $300 professional development award to continue your learning as a joiner

To participate in Launch Pad as a joiner, [fill out this interest form](https://airtable.com/appBB0gRYMbMkStWT/pagYVmmzC77FOlGSH/form). In order to participate, you must adhere to the following criteria:
- You must be a current Yale student
- You can attend a matchmaking event with Launch Pad founders and joiners
- You can commit to submitting biweekly updates to Tsai CITY staff on project progress if you are matched with a Launch Pad founder
